This beautiful Covered Vegetable Dish would be so lovely at your next dinner party! This Covered DIsh was made by Noritake, in Japan. The pattern name is Brunswick, pattern number 5410. Noritake only produced this pattern from 1953 to 1960 when it was discontinued. This is bone china produced as part of Noritake's formal dinner ware collections. The covered dish is covered in a crisp white glaze. A transferware pattern was applied. The rim of the piece is a light green. A line of feathery leaves edges the green. A beautiful series of yellow roses with their green and yellow leaves rings this piece. A thin gold line circles underneath the yellow roses and also trims the edge of the dish. The Noritake China backstamp on the underneath and also states the pattern name Brunswick and the pattern number 5410. The Covered Dish measures approximately - 9 diameter, 10 1/2 handle to handle, and 3 without lid and 4 with lid Very good vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks or crazing and there is very minor wear of the gold trim. This is a beautiful pattern that would go well with a white, green or gold dinnerware pattern.
