Glazedh white porcelain with hand-painted gold trim accents along the edges Analog quartz movement requiring a standard battery accessible from the back.  The Formalities line by Baum Bros was widely popular during the late 20th century, specifically the 1990s, for producing Victorian-inspired cottagecore porcelain gifts, teasets, and desk accessories.
