Description

This is a Ben-Her scale with a wonderful Showa-era atmosphere.
The manufacturing year is unknown and it is believed to be quite old, but it still operates reliably today.
The original sales brochure seems to have featured the following copy:
A groundbreaking new product that breaks with centuries of common sense... Utility model pending.
It appears to have been a revolutionary scale for its time.

This is a substantial scale with the following dimensions (at its widest points):

Height: 29 cm Width: 20 cm Depth: 26 cm
Weight: Over 2 kg (I apologize, but I couldn't measure it precisely as my kitchen scale only goes up to 2 kg...)

I believe it would be perfect for a retro-themed shop or room.
Thank you for considering it.
